What areas do you provide your services in?

I am Yass based and cover all Southern NSW and Canberra regions, but also travel to other areas

*All fees stated cover up to 50km’s outside of Yass, NSW

Please ask me for a quote if you think your ceremony will be over 50km’s from Yass

How do your appointments work?

I generally like to hold an initial meeting in person to provide an opportunity for you to ask any questions, go through the expected process and most of all, to ensure we are happy to work together.

I generally allow up to 1 hour for appointments.

Other appointments may include:

• To go through paperwork, such as completing and lodging the NOIM and checking your ID documents

• An appointment nearer the time of your ceremony to sign the Declaration of no Legal Impediment to Marriage

• A rehearsal for you and any required guests

What is the process?

• Contact me however you most feel comfortable, check if I have the date available that you require and ask me about any other questions- if you wish to progress…….

• Arrange a no obligation face to face or online appointment, to get more of a feel for the person I am, and to ask any other questions you may have- if you wish to progress…….

• Secure your date with a $200.00 non-refundable booking fee. This also enables you to lodge your NOIM.

• (The remaining balance is payable in two further instalments- 40% to be paid 10 weeks prior to your ceremony date to cover the preparation work for your script and the remaining 60% is due 3 weeks prior to your ceremony date.)

• If your ceremony is for marriage, The NOIM Notice of Intended Marriage | Attorney-General's Department will be completed with your ID documents checked to formally lodge with me at least 1 month prior to your wedding but no more than 18 months prior. (I can send you a link to complete the NOIM details online and bring the pre-filled form for you to sign)

• We will then work together via phone/text/email/Teams/WhatsApp (however you prefer) on your script to create your ceremony

• If a rehearsal is required, this will usually take place around one week before your ceremony

• I will arrange for you to complete the Declaration of No Legal Impediment to marriage form Declaration of no legal impediment to marriage | Attorney-General's Department closer to your wedding date

• I will then look forward to greeting you and your guests on the day of your ceremony
